Pemberton Rotary - Four Avenues of Service

This year, our Club is sponsor for a student from Pemberton Township High School who has treveled to the Phillipines as part of Rotary's Foreign Exchange Program for Students. Britnie Smith will study in the Phillipines this year and stay with three host families there as part of her immersion in the culture. She represents all of Pemberton in this program.

Each year, we participate in an International Fish Derby for families of the Pemberton Rotary Club and the Seeley's Bay Club in Ontario, Canada. This year marked the 21st Anniversary of the Rotary International Bowfin Fish Derby held at Sunny Acres Resort in Seeley's Bay.

This contest is held in honor of the late Bob Breslin and Walt Flack of Browns Mills, NJ, and all men and women who have served in the US and Canadian Armed Forces, and is dedicated to the philosophy of conservation and recreation.

Our Club has hosted the Group Study Exchange Team for the past 25 years.

We participate in Every Rotarian, Every Year, with donations to the Rotary Foundation.

We also contribute to Rotary International's goal of eliminating polio across the world through the Polio Plus Program.
